It scares me to think what "strategic planning" will look like after the mess that's been created after last 4 years. Packed roads, lack of residential parking, stressed services...genie is out of the bottle and your chance to manage growth is gone. OkotoksTodayWell this story has taken an interesting turn. Seems like the town is not playing nice... anyone surprised by this?? When I stated it's the town's plan to modernize the downtown, I wasn't in favor... quite the opposite, I'm against it. I was just simply stating they haven't hidden their intentions. They're just simply bullying their way through.
