The average "middle class" citizen is already drowning in taxes and will be more so cause of this building! People as barely getting by and I am not sure people can donate to something that shouldn't be built but the tax paying citizens! It was definitely needed and many sports and youth will use but built by the wrong money.

Compounding tax/water rates and we can never catch up. We just don't have the industrial tax base anymore and most of the burden is on residential taxes! The divide between the ultra rich and middle class with further even more.
