Don’t forget Aspin called the police and ordered the arrest of a parent during a board meeting when thier scheduled presentation was axed by Aspin due to its accurate data. BayToday 5It’s not high academic standards I can assure you that. It is simply mark inflation and a lack of academic rigor. Once these students get to a university with high standards they are soon shocked to discover that their 90% is now a 60% having taught at the secondary, College and University level, mark inflation is real and out of control. University students complain if they don’t get a 90 on a very very basic test- demand that the mark changes or they will go to the Dean - ignore. This is a result of Ontario government funding and policy as well as incompetent school board administrators- not the teachers (generally) The government said - we want high graduation rates - well if you don’t fail anybody - goal accomplished 2- everyone gets a trophy.It’s like putting out a defective product - lots of sales but once the warranty expires it’s useless. It’s all bogus and the government knows it as do employers and top tier universities.

If it’s hydro one- it is already uncompetitive , is it natural gas - yes it will be noisy and polluting , what is the watesource for cooling- is the water in a closed loop or discharged into a river- if so it warm water will disrupt aquatic ecosystem- if there are trout - good bye.Finally- how many qualified individuals live in the Almaguin area ? New luxury condo building on Lake Nipissing to open fall of 2027
BayToday 1The site is deeply contaminated with toxic chemicals from PCB’’s, oil, solvents, coal tar, creosote. Kenrock staff used to routinely empty power transformers PcB oil right on to the ground and over the embankment. This is probably the most contaminated site in North Bay. Cleaning up will be extremely, extremely expensive . At least 10 metres of soil will need to be removed down to the bedrock and then fractured bedrock. The crews will be wearing hazmat suits and respirators. Do not even think of signing a purchase or lease before the site has been thoroughly remediated and certified by MOE.
