40Before anymore public donations, or taxpayer funds are dispersed, I would suggest and independent forensic audit of the books be completed. It is unreasonable an organization continued to operate without submitting employer remittances. All boards of this nature are required to have an annual general meeting that includes a presentation from the auditors. Either they missed the error which is completely unacceptable, or the people in charge of doing the remittances willfully did not do so.

If you cannot go to a LCBO, Beer Store or Grocery store in a seven day period. Access is not the problem. Where is the governments concern on inflation, homelessness, my health care etc. which has already started to become to tier.
