I love my neighborhood. There is a lot to love about it. I am a five minute walk from some of the best spots on town… Tilted turret is a great spot… good food, good decor, good vibes, good pinball… Monty’s Joint has cheap pints and live jazz every Friday… the food is good and the band is incredible… Sweet Resilience has the best breakfast sandwiches and they host art classes from time to time… Giorg is the best restaurant in town and Trevor is the best server ever… the food is incredible and the atmosphere is quaint… Gott Cupcakes offer the best selection of sweets and treats… Golden Wok for Vietnamese cuisine… The Red Bicycle has something for everyone… Riccardo is the best barber in town… the list goes on and on… the only thing wrong with my neighborhood is the homeless people… they have no respect for anything and harass anyone on the street… one time this guy followed me home screaming about how I stole his family… we should be doing something for all those great businesses instead

I survived an opioid addiction 20 years ago after a work place accident and a prescription for opioids. I wanted to go to school so I quit cold turkey and almost died. I had to work with a physician for a year to very gradually decrease the dose until it was safe to stop. It is a long process but if you make the decision, mentally, and commit to quitting it can be done.

You go girl… I’m really glad that you made it. It won’t be a happy ending though until they catch this animal. Remember predators are always looking for prey so be confident and aware at all times and try not to look like prey. They are cowards looking for easy targets. Instead of music, listen to nature… it’s beautiful. Cheers to the students that assisted. The city should do something really nice for them instead of the vagrants terrorizing our community. If the city won’t step up and do something nice for these kids, I will. Find me, I’m always out in the community.
