TBNewsWatch 19Who's going to make sure the rules are followed? A height restriction! Don't make me laugh. Drive around this city and take a look at all the over height fences people have in their yards, do you see the city doing anything about that? I see daily all the boulevards that are uncut in the summer time, but the yards that should be cutting the boulevards are cut nicely. To the people that want to make their boulevard garden I wouldn't worry about following any bi-law cause there's nobody that will do anything to enforce it. Don't think so? Take a look at all the shopping carts that are still on the loose all around the city. There are more than likely the same amount loose than there was before the bi-law. My rant for the day. I now have to go to work. Have a great day people.
