R. Webb, Only Alberta and the uneducated think pipelines are in our future. There is no business model for building a new pipeline with the uncertainty of oil prices in the future. I wonder why no large investment groups are interested in pipeline development on either side of the border.

I am going to go under 120 anyways to maximize my fuel economy. Going an extra 10 Km an hour isn't going to make any difference in arrival time on the 400 series highways.
