Give me a break. Any competent management team would have waited until the EAF was fully humming before even thinking about shutting down the blast furnace. Instead, they pulled the plug too early and now everyone else is left dealing with the fallout. I don’t know what planet this guy is living on, but it sure isn’t Earth. Algoma has some serious problems right now because of these decisions, and pretending it’s all because of tariff nonsense is just insulting to anyone who actually understands what’s going on.
